My talent searches have come up with acts with very low stats (10-20% Talent, Creativity, Commitment, etc...). Since there was nothing better, I signed up a few but have been struggling. They usually don't get more than 10 tickets sold and their rating is around 10%, unsurprisingly.
My big question is: do Acts ever evolve? Do they learn and get better if I have them do something particular (either touring a lot, practicing even with all songs at 100%, something else?)
If not, is there anything worth doing with such Acts? Or should I just stick to better ones?
(note: I do have 2 Acts with an average 50% performance and enough rep to generate 100Ks regularly enough to keep me steady)
