My game is crashing

I bought the game yesterday through Steam and in all the saves (regardless of the MOD I use) that I create this game is stuck in ''Montly'' or ''GetNewRecordsSales''... I've tried to do several different tactics and nothing resolve.
I hope they can solve my problem or else I will have to ask for a refund.
