We need to earn XP and some cash to keep us afloat, so you'll have to spam ads for some cash on the side, tap the "Activities" button, look for the "Receive A Gift" button, tap on that, and you will see a button titled "Watch Ad For $10000" tap that to start watching the ads. You're going to Practice in between each ad you watch (like when you're done watching an ad you start practicing and when you're done practicing, watch another ad once more, so you'll have to keep doing this cycle). When you've earned over $100,000 the ads will start to reward you with $100,000 per ad watched, keep doing this till you're over a million dollars, I choose to stay at $1,500,000 in this guide.

After this, you're going to purchase a new residence, go for the "Modern House", it will cost you $2000 per week, with this it will give you +2 creativity points per week too and these are important for you to get since you're going to be making music

Now the skills part, the critical skills for the Rap genre are Singing, Rapping, Songwriting, Commercial Appeal, Urban Appeal, and Indie Appeal (The last 3 skills are known as appeals. These 3 Appeals are essential for your Artist to reach new audiences in these crowds and they affect your music ratings from critics), please bring these to 50 (for now) so that your music has a decent rating like this screenshot down below

After this, make you're Artist start writing music, you're going to release an EP, Digital Flow wrote 8 songs for his EP, which will have 3 Promo singles and the first single will be "Cut You Loose", I recorded the tracks in the "Basic Studio" that cost $100 each, there's a $1000 studio that you can use but I decided to use the basic studio. when done you can choose the week you want to release it on (when you're signed to a label, this will be limited greatly), so I choose week 10, after that, I created a music video for it, and the budget I choose is $20000 and the director is $11000 (Note. You have to be very cautious with the cash you have, you can go higher with the budget if you want but don't go all the way), the second single is "Forgotten Melodies", it will be released on week 15 (I choose to schedule my singles to be released between 5 weeks apart from each other to give each of them room to breathe on the charts but none the 3 singles charted anyways), the third single "Going in for the kill" will be on week 20, after that, I recorded the EP titled "Forgotten Melodies. EP" it will be released on week 25.

After the first single was released, Busted Records approached my Artist with a 4 album deal that cost $50,000 ($10k per Album with a $10k sign-on bonus and 10% from album revenue), Initially, I rejected it, and afterward, they came back to him two times and I rejected those too because I was looking out for Pop Sounds because they have a wider Promo reach around the world than Busted Records who only promotes you in the USA only (Spoiler Alert, they didn't contact me).

Each single when released will increase your popularity in the 4 regions of the game, USA, Latin America, UK, and Europe, the image below is after the 3 singles were released shows Digital Flow's Popularity in those regions (Spoiler Alert, after false info and car crashes get thrown my way, I lost most of that popularity... smh). The game has 6 promo options for you to choose from, Word of Mouth (which I use) that cost you $0, after that Minor, Select Market, National, Major, and Massive, the cost goes up the higher you go and the most expensive region is the USA, the Massive promo there cost $10,000,000 for a single and double for an Album.

The EP is finally released into the world with Mixed to Average reviews, but it didn't chart on its debut, the popular/fan favorite non-single from the EP is "My Value" (you must always check your Streamify to see what track your fanbase is playing on repeat after an Album/EP release and make that the next Single from that Album/EP because it's a rough diamond that needs polishing aka promoting, this will lead to the Album/EP to chart higher up the charts or last longer at #1) after I release it as a single, it cause the EP to chart (you'll see in the screenshots below).

Now it's finally time to rap up Phase 1 and show you the results too. I ended up signing for Busted Records and got an Advance of $15k along with $15k per Album released under them, I hope you guys were grinding for those XP points while dealing with the EP and singles all year long because it's expected for you to make your very first album walk all over your mediocre EP you use to attract labels, all your important skills stats in the rap genre must be over 75+, I currently have Digital Flows' stats at 75 but I'll make it go up to 80 each because I want his debut Album a great debut and you should aim for that too. I want to say thank you for reading Phase 1 of my guide and stay tuned to Phase #2: The Debut (it's coming soon), Till then have a good day.

Good day everyone, I'm coming with Phase 2, and from now on things won't be as detailed as the last.

                    Phase 2: The Debut

Digital Flow's stats are upgraded to 80 each (The Important ones) to make his debut Album "The Heaviest Of Weights" far better than his EP and it did very well with singles getting Good to Excellent ratings, and the Album getting Very Good ratings across the board.

I leveled up his skills to 95 so you know that his second Album "The Otherside: Act 1" is going to do even better because of this and now it's time to take some risk with the type of studios you're going to use, I used "Caribbean Peace", it will cost you $100k per song and $200k per Album. In the screenshots, you'll how well his second album did, with the singles getting very good to amazing ratings and the Album getting excellent to rave ratings.

After you've maxed out your artist's skills to 100, turn your attention to the Live skill from now on. Digital Flow's third album "The Otherside: Act 2" was produced in the "Hit Factory" that cost $250k per song and $500k per Album, when comparing it with Caribbean Peace there's no difference in the quality of records produced out of the 2 so I ended up receiving very good to rave rating on the singles and excellent across the board with the album.

And now, Digital Flow's 4th and also last album under Busted Records is titled "Don't Look Into The Void" With this album I went back to Basic Studios so this album budget is hundreds of dollars, except for a single I have a featured R&B artist on, that cost $1 million because it was recorded in the most expensive studio in the game named "Legendary Studios" and if I use Basic Studios instead the ratings would be Terrible or Mixed (Please Dev fix that).

When you've completed your record deal and your current label wants you to expand your deal with them, don't accept it, there are better deals out there. When the deals start coming in, aim for the ones that give you 22.5% because they have higher advances and you'll earn more from your album and singles than 18% or 15%, labels like "Global" and "Empire Records" will give you deals with the 22.5%. If you're not getting approached by them, release an EP (or 2) to increase your popularity and that will grab their attention.

Phase 3 will be a short one.

                              Phase 3: The Tour

This is going to be a big risky move to make, you're going to use the cash that you've received from the new label you've signed for, along with the hard-earning cash from Album/EP sales to start your groundbreaking tour, If your popularity is over 75% in every region, you can start a World Tour but that's not the case for me.
